Camping La Fressange is in Saint-Didier-en-Velay, a medieval village in Haute-Loire. The site covers just over three hectares and provides individual camping pitches of around 100 square metres, alongside chalets and mobile homes. It is a base for exploring the Semène valley, the Pilat area and the wider landscapes of southern Auvergne.
Activities are organised during July and August, and the operator describes the grounds as a refuge supporting bird conservation. Opening dates differ by accommodation: the 2026 touring-pitch season ended on 13 September, while rental accommodation continues until 9 October. Check the appropriate season before arriving with a tent, caravan or motorhome.
