Manage your description, photographs, facilities, location and contact details. Listing with Go Explore does not by itself mean a site is certified by the club.
Bookings: an owner pilot with upfront commission
Our planned booking offer keeps your directory advert free and gives your first 20 Go Explore bookings free of our commission. After the introductory offer, Go Explore collects 7.5% including VAT from the guest as a deposit included in your advertised booking price. We retain it as our agreed commission; the guest pays the remaining 92.5% directly to you.
For a £200 stay, the guest pays £15 through Go Explore and £185 to the campsite. You choose your supported balance-payment method: phone instructions, your own payment link or connected gateway, or payment on arrival. Payment-provider charges are separate. Gateway connections are being developed for supported providers.
The planned deposit is generally non-refundable if the guest cancels, subject to consumer rights and refunds where the booking cannot be supplied as agreed. Full booking and cancellation terms will be shown before payment. Qualifying introductory bookings carry no Go Explore deposit; you collect the full advertised price directly.
Our proposed 7.5% commission is half Pitchup’s currently advertised 15%, compared on a VAT-inclusive basis. Upfront checkout is in development and guest bookings remain closed. Open the owner setup workspace.
Corrections and removal
If you would like a listing corrected or removed, contact the Go Explore team. We will action removal requests without argument.
Site certification and club membership are separate services with their own terms and fees.
