Our service
These terms cover browsing, accounts, listings, reviews and directory enquiries at www.goexplore.org.uk. Go Explore is operated by GOEXPLORECAMPING LTD, company number 13575729, registered in England and Wales, at Nantceulan, Capel Bangor, Aberystwyth, Sir Ceredigion, United Kingdom, SY23 3NL. Paid bookings, merchandise and membership/certification services may have additional terms and information supplied before their own contracts are made. These terms do not rewrite the club constitution or Code of Conduct. An adult must make a paid booking or purchase and be authorised to act for the party.
Provide accurate information, protect your login and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. Do not access another person's account, submit unlawful material, distribute malware, impersonate others or make fraudulent or abusive requests. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal duties or investigation of material misuse. Where practicable we will explain why and provide a way to challenge mistakes. This does not extinguish accrued consumer rights or lawful access to personal information.
Listings and reviews
Listings may come from operators or public directory sources. A listing, claim or review score does not itself mean that Go Explore has inspected or certified the campsite. Check important requirements, availability, facilities, accessibility, pets, occupancy and arrival arrangements with the operator before committing. Tell us about material inaccuracies so we can investigate and correct them.
Reviews should describe a real experience and disclose a relevant incentive or relationship. Do not submit fake reviews, impersonate guests or publish private information. We may check and moderate material using fair, consistent criteria; a negative opinion alone is not grounds for removal. To report a listing, review, unlawful content or image concern, send [email protected] the page address and enough information to identify the issue.
You retain ownership of material you submit and grant the rights reasonably needed to host, display and format it for the requested service and its agreed promotion. Only upload content you have the right to use. On removal, we stop new use and remove it from active display as reasonably practicable, subject to lawful recordkeeping and backup cycles. We do not claim ownership of your campsite brand.
Directory enquiries are not bookings
An enquiry does not reserve a pitch, establish availability, form an accommodation contract or take payment. Displayed dates and suggestions are not live availability unless expressly identified as such. Confirm your email using the link and confirmation step before we act on the enquiry.
If you separately ask us to share details and the introductory service is available, we may forward them to the named campsite. The service allows up to five distinct travellers per campsite over its lifetime; repeat enquiries do not create a further entitlement. An opt-out, missing operator contact details, earlier introductions or delivery problems may mean we provide direct-contact guidance instead. A response is not guaranteed. Any resulting direct booking is agreed with the campsite on its own terms.
Directory adverts, ownership claims and listing renewals are free under the current service. Booking participation is optional and separate from the introduction allowance. Membership, certification and shop services are also separate; charges must be disclosed before commitment.
Responsibility and changes
We will provide our service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. Operators remain responsible for the accommodation they supply. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are preserved.
We may make prospective changes for a genuine reason and explain material changes where appropriate. Later terms do not retrospectively change an existing contract. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues where lawful. English and Welsh law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or your right to use the courts available where you live. See Complaints for help and escalation.
