Do I need to own a campsite?
No. Explorer membership is for anyone who enjoys getting outdoors. Existing campsite owners can use the same account for their own travels and their site.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no fee or payment card needed for an Explorer account. Optional purchases and stays are paid separately. Certified site services and any separate club arrangements have their own terms.
Do I need a new account if I already use Go Explore?
No. Sign in with your existing email or Google account. Your journey map, favourites and any campsite tools stay together.
Can I add holidays booked somewhere else?
Yes. Your travel journal can include places you’ve already stayed, whether or not you booked through Go Explore. Your journal stays private unless you choose to share its totals.
Will joining sign me up for marketing?
No. Your account and Go Explore Weekly are separate. You can choose to join the newsletter whenever you like.
How does the shop saving work?
Open Member benefits after signing in and request your personal 10% code. It lasts 30 days and you can renew it from the same place. Use the same email at shop checkout. The saving applies to products, including sale items, excludes delivery and cannot be combined with other coupon codes. The new shop is currently coming soon; purchases will be available when it opens.
