We have operated this small campsite since covid. Prior to opening, we used the same field for grazing sheep & cattle, but during the summer months when the children were small we loved taking them down to the beck to camp out for a real adventure, They enjoyed paddling, and just rolling down the hills and being children. It gave us space to relax and take in and appreciate the beautiful setting and abundance of wildlife which we took for granted. As time passed we felt it was a perfect place to share.
