Certified Site Application Form

  • Certified Site Application Form
MAKE MORE OF YOUR GREAT OUTDOORS

Your campsite journey starts here

In as little as 14 days, you could be certified and welcoming your first guests.

Turn your plans into a place people love to escape to. Tell us about your site, share a simple plan and let the Go Explore team guide you through the next steps.

Start your application

Timescales depend on a complete application, approval and your site being ready to open.

If you would like to start your journey towards becoming a Go Explore Certified Site then please complete the form below. There is a £25 application fee for submission – but don’t worry, in the unlikely event that we can’t certify you, it’s fully refundable.

We’ll send you a secure payment link, once you’ve submitted your form, to the E-mail address you use here.

With Go Explore Camping & Caravanning Club the process of getting certified couldn’t be simpler, please make sure that you attach a site plan to the form, something as simple as a google earth satellite image, showing your approximate boundary is fine.

We also need to see photos of the Drinking Water you’ll be provided, and the toilet facilities you’ll offer. Remember these don’t need to be in place to apply but will need to be in place to start operating. There are solutions to both that don’t require planning approval.

What is the name of the site you'd like us to certify?
i.e. Residential, Agricultural, Commercial
i.e. Main Road, Farm Track, Private Road
Please only select facilities that are available within walking distance, or, a short drive away.
Facilities that aren't available right now, but that will be by opening time should also be selected here.
Go Explore Camping & Caravanning is an inclusive club. No one should be excluded on grounds of race, gender, sexuality, disability or for any other reason. As the site operator though you have the right to choose whether to accept children or pets. Some places simply aren't suitable and we understand that. If you'd prefer your site to be pet free or for adults only then please tick the relevant options above. It may limit potential visitors, but will not affect your application detrimentally.

We need you to provide us with a site plan, this can be as simple as a google earth satellite image, with a boundary drawn around it. We also need to see a photo of the drinking water provision (if you are providing bottled water, instead of a tap connection, please let us know) and an image of the toilet facilities as per your selection in the form.
