Camping de la Saulaie lies on the Île du Faubourg at La Charité-sur-Loire, between two arms of the river. It offers camping pitches, wagon-style rentals and furnished tents, including small Treck and Baroudeur units for two people. Shops and the historic town are close by, with walking and cycling routes along the Loire.
Electrical connections are available on selected pitch arrangements. Rental equipment differs, so check whether the chosen tent or wagon has its own bathroom and cooking facilities. The neighbouring municipal outdoor pool has a separate summer opening period. This is a seasonal base for exploring La Charité and the Loire landscape; confirm pool access and pitch services with the operator.
